The Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry out for two weeks

by December 5th, 2017

The Golden State Warriors revealed star point guard Stephen Curry will miss at least two weeks with a right ankle sprain.

Curry underwent an MRI in Charlotte on Tuesday to reveal the extent of the injury he suffered late in Monday’s win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Curry hobbled off the court and ultimately left the arena on crutches.

Tuesday’s MRI indicated Curry’s ankle was stable and structurally intact, but he will not again be evaluated for another two weeks.

Curry scored 31 points with 11 assists Monday, and he is averaging 26.3 points per game this season.
