Arnett Gardens unbeaten in Red Stripe National Premier Football League

Defending Champions Arnett Gardens maintained their unbeaten run in the Red Stripe National Premier Football league after recording a resounding 4-3 win over Cavalier yesterday.

Marvin Morgan, Fabian Reid, Shemar Pryce and Steve Clarke netted for the jungulist who remained unbeaten in 14 games and climbed to 30 points to stay atop the standings. Chevon Marsh netted a double for cavaliers.

Last season’s beaten finalist Portmore united was also in the winners column as they blanked new comers sandals coast 2-nil at the Frome Sports complex , thanks to goals from Jovan east and Malique Foster in the 3rd and 90th minutes respectively.

UWI FC moved to third place in the standings after edging Boys town 2-1 at barbican sports complex, while Andrew Allen’s penalty kick in minute 43 carried Harbour view to a one nil win over humble lion at Effortville.

In the late game, Waterhouse remained unbeaten since Coach Donovan Duckie’s return after playing to a goal less draw with Tivoli at the Drewsland Mini Stadium.
