Haitian rapper Wyclef Jean one of the headlining acts for Shaggy and Friends is already on the island and beaming with excitement for the upcoming charity show.
In an exclusive interview with Music News Wyclef says it’s an honor to be a part of the benefit event.
Since 2009, Shaggy has been committed to raising funds for the only children’s hospital in the English speaking Caribbean.
Shaggy through his Make A Difference Foundation, has donated and repaired more than 450 pieces of equipment worth over US$1.6 million to the Bustamante Hospital for Children.
The 6th staging of Shaggy and Friends is slated to take place on January 6 on the lawns of Jamaica House in Kingston.
