Gong’s Stony Hill leads on Billboard Reggae ahead of Grammys

With just 16 days to the Grammys, Damian Junior Gong Marley’s Grammy-nominated album Stony Hill continues to dominate as it maintains the number one position on the Billboard top reggae albums chart.

Meanwhile, Chronixx Grammy-nominated album Chronology is number 6 on the Billboard Top Reggae Albums Chart.

Other entertainers in the running for the 2018 Grammy title are J Boog for Wash House Ting, Morgan Heritage for Avrakedabra, and Hawaiian pop-reggae band, Common Kings for Lost Paradise.

Among the five entertainers nominated, Damian Junior Gong Marley is a three-time Grammy winner, Morgan Heritage copped their first Grammy in 2016, and J Boog who was nominated in 2017, scored his consecutive Grammy nod. Meanwhile, Chronixx and Common Kings are up for their first Grammy nomination.

The Grammys will be held on January 28, 2018, at the Madison Square Gardens in New York.
