The West Indies A team bowlers will be seeking to make some early inroads when play gets underway on day two of the first four-day ‘Test’ against the England Lions at the Trelawny Multi-Purpose Stadium in Florence Hall.
England A are set to resume on their overnight 232 for 6 with Paul Coughlin unbeaten on 51 and Toby Roland-Jones not out on 18.
Their partnership currently stands at 50 runs for the 7th wicket.
Play on the opening day saw Nick Gubbins making an even half-century and opener Keaton Jennings falling a run short after being dismissed while on 49.
Liam Livingstone, 21, was the other major contributor with the bat while Rahkeem Cornwall (3-63) was the pick of the Windies A bowlers.
There was one each for the trio of Jomel Warrican, Jeremiah Louis and Keon Joseph.
