Acting principal of GC Foster College Maurice Wilson along with lecturer and Coach Marlon Gayle as well as athletes Sherone Simpson and Rasheed Dwyer are set to leave the island today for Athletics Ontario (High Performance Centre) in Canada. 

The team will visit two universities to conduct clinics and coaching seminars before returning home next Monday.

The visit Wilson says forms part of a larger plan which will involve exchange tours of athletes and coaches from Canada starting next year.

It will include cultural exchanges and sports tourism activities.

They will also be attending athletics Ontario’s indoor championship series meet number three which is scheduled for Saturday March 3 at the Toronto Track and Field center.
