Upcoming three match T/20 series between the West Indies and Pakistan pushed back

by March 6th, 2018

The upcoming three match T/20 series between the West Indies and Pakistan has now been pushed back, following a confirmation of the move by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Originally, the tour was expected to run from March 29 to April 1 in Lahore, but the P.C.B chairman Najam Sethi made it clear that the Caribbean side would now play matches on April 1, 2 and 4 at the Gaddafi stadium.

Despite the agreement to play all games in Lahore, Sethi said he was still hopeful of having a match staged in Karachi.

A similar three-match series had been originally scheduled for last September but was scrapped because of heavy smog and the unavailability of Key West Indies players due to the Bangladesh Premier League.

The PCB said last month the reciprocal tour against west indies would be staged in the united states, with a t20 international being played for the first time in Houston, Texas and the remaining games at Central Broward Regional Park stadium in fort Lauderdale.
