UIM producer Anju Blaxx and the son of Central Manchester Member of Parliament (MP) and former National Security Minister, Peter Bunting were both slapped with charges following a fist fight at a house in St Andrew last Friday.
Police reports are that family members of Anju Blaxx were having a surprise birthday party for him and shortly after his arrival there was a knock at the door. Blaxx reportedly went to the door to see what was happening. Reports are that Bunting’s son, Brent, a businessman, knocked at Anju Blaxx door complaining that the music was too loud.
It is alleged that an argument developed between the two, which escalated into a fight.
Young Bunting, is reported to have suffered a fractured jaw during the fracas, while Anju Blaxx sustained injuries to his face and a cut to one of his fingers.
Both men were taken to the Constant Spring Police Station, where 37-year-old Anju Blaxx, was charged with wounding with intent, and 27-year-old Brent Bunting, was charged with unlawful wounding.
