by March 19th, 2018

There are reports that former Manchester united prodigy Ravel Morrison is in line to become a Jamaican international.

The 25-year-old international posted a letter on Instagram that appeared to reflect that the Jamaica football federation was asking Mexican club atlas to release him for Jamaica’s friendly on March 25 in Kingston against Antigua and Barbuda.

Espn Mexico reported that Morrison is keen and that the paperwork is being processed to enable the former England youth international to play for the reggae boyz.

Manchester native Morrison played for England at the youth level, but qualifies for Jamaica by virtue of his mother.

Morrison came through Manchester United’s youth system, before moving to west ham united and then Lazio, as well as loan spells at Birmingham City, Queens Park Rangers and Cardiff City.

Morrison is currently on loan at atlas from Lazio and has found some form this season.
