Usain Bolt ranked 10th on ESPN the magazine top 20 most dominant athlete of the past 20 years

Legendary Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt has been ranked 10th on ESPN the magazine top 20 most dominant athlete of the past 20 years.

The eight time Olympic champion who retired from track and field at the IAAF World Championship last year, had a stellar period on the track from 2008 to 2016, where he ran 21 Olympic or world championship events and took first place in 19 of them.

Bolt who holds the fastest time over 100 meters at 9.58 seconds is ranked behind golfer tiger woods who tops the list, the legendary quaterback Peyton manning in second place, with basketball star LeBron James in third place and boxer Floyd Mayweather in 8th place.

Tennis legend roger Federer sits in fifth position and retired formula driver Michael Shumacher in seventh place.

The Jamaican bolt however is ranked above football great Lionell Messi at 11th and tennis sensation Serena Williams in 12 spot, along with Portuguese football star Christiano Ronaldo at 14 and us sprinter Alyson Felix at 16th.
