The recent State of Public Emergency in St. Catherine has forced promoter Delroy Lodge to pull the plug on his upcoming event.

Shellings slated to take place on Saturday, March 24 in Guys Hill St. Catherine has been postponed. Promoter Delroy Scary Lodge is apologizing to partygoers.

The closing hours for all businesses in Spanish Town, Linstead and Bog Walk are now either 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.

The State of Public Emergency in St. Catherine North comes following a similar declaration in the western parish of St. James in January.
