Cricketer Marlon Samuels through his attorney has fired off a cease and desist letter to Yanique Curvy Diva whom he says has tarnished his reputation.

According to the document obtained by Music News, Marlon Samuels says he is refuting the allegations made by Yanique Barrett aka Curvy Diva. The release further states that the cricketer intends to take the necessary steps legally to defend his reputation.

Marlon Samuels further warns that failure to observe this request will result in legal action for an injunction against the Curvy Diva.

Social media has been buzzing with activities as both Marlon Samuels and Yanique Curvy Diva throw shade. In the midst of the saga dancehall deejay Ishawna released two songs, Insta Boy and Hide Mi ID which both make reference to Marlon Samuels.

Meanwhile, efforts by Music News to get a comment from Yanique Curvy Diva were futile.
