The Constabulary Communications Unit is reporting that the accident along Princess Street in Kingston was not fatal, and no injury was reported.

The incident reportedly happened yesterday.

Posts and videos circulating on social media depict an overturned container crammed against the wall of a shopping plaza, with residents screaming and crying.

Persons in the video are heard lamenting that some vendors cannot be accounted for.

Reports are that the container became dislodged from the back of a trailer and fell on the sidewalk, which had been occupied by vendors and shoppers.
