Capleton’s rape case continues to linger.

The “Fireman” who was charged in April this year, had his bail extended this morning and is to return to the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on September 4.

The new date was scheduled after the court was told that the case file was incomplete.

Capleton was arrested and charged following accusations that on April 28, the entertainer forcibly had sexual intercourse with a female hairdresser he hired to groom his locks at a hotel in New Kingston.
