Opposition Spokesperson on Industry and Commerce, Peter Bunting, is calling on the government to explain the circumstances surrounding the recruitment of personnel from overseas, to investigate the alleged fraud at Dunn’s River falls.

An international specialist has been contracted to examine governance issues at the entity, and evaluate potential weaknesses or risk areas.

The investigation is allegedly in relation to fraud involving ticket sales at the facility.

Bunting, was speaking at a constituency meeting in North West St. Ann last evening (Aug 19), when he made the calls.

The Opposition Spokesman says there is a systematic abuse of power within the current administration.
