Jamaica and West Indies pacer Jerome Taylor picked up a wicket and helped Somerset secure a 19 run win over Notts outlaws to reach the semi-finals in the Vitality Blast T/20 competition in England today.

Taylor finished with 1 for 43 as Notts outlaws chasing 210 runs for victory were bowled out for 190.

Jamie Overton with 5 for 47 was the leading Somerset bowler.

Earlier captain Lewis Gregory hit 60 from 24 balls, James Hildreth made 52 off 28 and tom Abell 46 as Somerset put up 209 for 5 from 20 overs
