Jamaica’s Reggae Boys to sport new Umbro kit

by September 7th, 2018

Jamaica’s Reggae Boys will don the new Umbro kit when they face Equador in a friendly international this evening at the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey.

This after Umbro unveiled the new home and away kits for the Jamaica football federation national teams, with a campaign inspired by the unique culture and energy of the Caribbean nation.

The reggae boys will be fitted with the new away design while the home kit will feature when Jamaica begin their Concacaf Nations League campaign against the Cayman Islands on Sunday.

The new home jersey is in Jamaica’s traditional vibrant yellow colour, with a striking black, green and yellow taping design on the sleeves inspired by the Umbro double diamond logo and the country’s iconic flag.

Both designs will be worn throughout Jamaica’s involvement in the concacaf nation’s league tournament, with the ultimate aim of qualification for the 2022 world cup.

The new Jamaican 2018/19 kits go on sale from today.
