Debutants Dunbeholden lost their opening encounter in the Red Stripe National Premier Football league last night.

This after they were beaten one nil by former champions Waterhouse in the Monday night feature game at the Waterhouse Mini stadium.

Girvon Brown scored the all-important goal from the penalty spot in the 16th minute.

The win carried Waterhouse to fifth place in the table.

In the  meantime  Cavalier  has  taken  the  early  lead on  goal  difference   in the points standings following  Sunday’s   opening  day which  saw  them  among  the  winners  along  with  debutants  Mount  Pleasant, Arnett  Gardens and  Tivoli  Gardens…..all  on  three  points.
