England and Caribbean Neighbours Trinidad and Tobago arrive today for Netball series

Both the number two ranked England and Caribbean Neighbours Trinidad and Tobago are set to teams arrive in the island later today.

This ahead of the start of their respective test series against Jamaica senior netballers at the national indoor sports Centre.

The Soca princesses Trinidad and Tobago ranked 10th will face the fourth ranked sunshine girls on October 7 and 9.

Jamaica will then battle the English roses led by captain Ama Agbeze and the experienced defender jade Clarke October 11, 13 and 15.

The sunshine girls to be led by the sensational shooter and captain Jhaneile fowler will seek to exact revenge on England who denied them a chance of playing in the gold medal game at the 2018 commonwealth games.

The sunshine girls defeated England 2-1 in their last competitive series in 2016.

Meanwhile three Newcommers have been named in the Jamaica’s 15-member squad for the series against Trinidad and Tobago.

The trio includes centre-court player Latanya Wilson of Gaynstead high, goal-shooter Gezelle Allison of GC foster college along with Dhanyel Johnson .Experienced goal-shooter Thristina Harwood has been recalled to the squad.

The squad is completed by captain Jhaniele fowler-Reid, along with Shimona Nelson, Shanice Beckford, Adean Thomas, Nicole Dixon, Jodi-Ann ward, Khadijah Williams, Vangelee Williams, Shamera sterling, Stacian Facey and Kadie-Ann Dehaney.
