Toni Cowan former national under 15 reggae girls coach Toni Cowan will leave the island on the weekend for a FIFA Women’s Football development coach mentorship programme in Switzerland.

The programme is aimed at supporting the process of getting more female coaches to both occupy and retain positions at the top level of football, and the  project falls within the scope of FIFA’s technical capacity building programme .

Cowan will be among other coaches who will receive additional guidance to help achieve greater results in their current coaching positions.

Coach Cowan will also be assigned an experienced FIFA certified coach who will be her mentor to guide and support her for a period of 12 months.
