Cruisers aboard the Welcome to Jamrock Cruise have again donated books to the Ocho Rios Library.

The initiative spearheaded by Damian Junior Gong Marley saw some 850 passengers aboard the Welcome To Jamrock  Cruise make book donations.

The presentation was made today (03/12/18) by Cat Coore of international reggae band Third World.

Cruisers were asked to take along with them books for donation on the weeklong cruise, which began on Saturday, December 1, when it left Fort Lauderdale and headed to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, where the books were donated to the Ocho Rios Library.

Last year, the Welcome to Jamrock Reggae Cruise donated approximately 700 books to the Jamaica Library Service.

In relating news, Damian Junior Gong Marley under his label Ghetto Youths International will release an album for the Third World Band in 2019.
