Jamaica’s senior reggae girls will kick start preparations for the 2019 FIFA/World Cup in France with a local training camp between January 14 and 21.
the location of the camp has not yet been confirmed but the camp which will be the first for the new new year, will bring together all members of the team led by by captain Konya Plummer.
The Reggae Girls along with Coaches Hue Menzies, Lorne Donaldson, Hubert Busbie and the overseas based members of the Reggae Girls team left the island yesterday, after wrapping up four days of national celebrations across the island.
Jamaica was on December 8 drawn to face Brazil, Australia and Italy in the FIFA World Cup which runs from June 7 to July 7, 2019.
