Ninth place Harbour View is showing as the busiest team so far after just over 24 hours since the new transfer window opened yesterday.
Harbour View with 19 points from 18 matches has so far made 4 acquisitions.
This include former national player Dicoy Williams who is heading to the east Kingston team for a 3rd stint from Arnett Gardens.
Harbour View has also acquired Akeem Smith, Sasha Satchwell and Damorney Hutchinson from Bull Bay.
