Dancehall deejay Elephant Man could find himself in legal trouble following a preliminary investigation with the Firearm Licensing Authority (FLA).
The investigation was launched following an online video which shows Elephant Man taking a firearm from a skimpily clad woman.
According to the findings, the dancehall entertainer is not a licensed firearm holder. So what if the firearm is licensed to someone else?

Last year, the Firearm Licensing Authority (FLA) advised entertainers to access the necessary information regarding the use of firearms as props in music videos.
