by January 31st, 2019

The West Indies will play New Zealand and South Africa in their two official warm-up matches ahead of the 2019 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in England and Wales.

The encounter against South Africa is on May 26 while the contest with New Zealand is on May 28.

Both games will be at the Bristol County Ground.

Other high profile clashes include England versus Australia and India against Bangladesh.

The warm-up fixtures will be held over five days between May 24-28 May, and will be hosted at four of the official CWC19 Tournament Venues; the Bristol County Ground, Cardiff Wales Stadium, Hampshire Bowl and The Oval.

As per previous ICC tournaments, warm-up fixtures will be 50 over per side, but will not carry official ODI status, as teams can field all members of their 15-man squad during the match.

The Windies after the warm-up fixtures will turn their attention to the World Cup where they open their campaign against Pakistan on May 31.

The World Cup is scheduled to run from May 30 – July 14.
