Police are yet to get a lead or identify a suspect in relation to the gruesome murder of Dr. Lynvale Bloomfield, Member of Parliament for East Portland.

Dr. Bloomfield was found dead at his home in Passley Gardens, about 10:30 this morning (Feb 2), by his helper, who raised an alarm.

Police have confirmed that the MP was found with multiple stab wounds.

Senior investigators from the Major Investigation Division (MID) are leading the probe into Bloomfield’s death.
