Jamaica will know its group opponents when the official draw for the group stage of the 2019 Concacaf men’s beach soccer championship is done on April 8 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

The beach soccer reggae boys is one of 16 countries set to participate in the May 13-19 tournament in Mexico.

The other countries include Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Belize, Bonaire, costa Rica, El Salvador, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Mexico, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States and the US Virgin Islands

The 2019 edition of the biannual Concacaf event, will see the two best-ranked teams in the competition secure qualification for the FIFA Beach soccer World Cup Paraguay 2019.

In the last edition of the Concacaf Beach Soccer Championship in the Bahamas, panama overcame Mexico in the final, to win its first beach soccer title.
