Dancehall deejay Pamputtae is upbeat about the launch of her Single Mothers Foundation slated for Saturday at C&C South Beach Cafe on Brompton Road in St Andrew.

During the E-Buzz last Wednesday, Pamputtae spoke about her struggles growing up, and how her song “Single Mother” has impacted women both young and old.

Pamputtae is the second female entertainer to launch a foundation geared towards uplifting and aiding females.

On International Women’s Day this year, Shuga launched Femme Phenomenal which aims to mentor and uplift women and girls who have been victims of abuse.
