Celebs look to Father’s Day

Father’s Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds and the influence of fathers in society.

Though Father’s Day celebrations are not as commercial as Mother’s Day, many celebrity dads are looking forward to spending time with family.

Dancehall singjay Richie Stephens who has organized many big concerts in celebration of Mother’s Day, says he will spend Father’s Day at home with his children.

While reggae singer Nesbeth who is a single father since the passing of his wife, tells Music News he will celebrate Father’s Day with his father and children at a hotel.

As for selector Boom-Boom, he plans to celebrate Father’s Day with a birthday party for his son.

Dancehall deejay Ding Dong whose children are in the United States says he will celebrate Father’s Day next week with his children in Jamaica.

Meanwhile, Social media comedian Facebook Hero who became a father last year, says his aim is to be a better father than his dad was.

Father’s Day is celebrated worldwide to recognize the contribution that fathers and father figures make to the lives of their children.

Sunday, June 16 marks the celebration of fatherhood and male parenting.
