The St. Ann police have launched a probe into the reported death of a tourist at a popular resort in Ocho Rios this afternoon (Aug 11).
Head of Area 2 ACP Elbert Nelson said investigator are at the resort, gathering information as to the circumstances surrounding how the man fell from the 9th floor of the north tower, onto the parking lot below.
The 43 year old man is said to a British national, who was on vacation.
ACP Nelson said investigations are in the early stages and police have not yet determined if the incident involves foul play.
