Reggae greats Toots and The Maytals along with Koffee have made it to the 2019 summer playlist of US former President, Barack Obama.

Via Twitter, the 44th President of the United States shared a list of 44 songs that he and his wife Michelle Obama have been listening.

On Twitter Mr. Obama said; “With Summer winding down, here’s a list of what Michelle and I have been listening to – some new, some old, some fast, some slow. Hope you enjoy.”

The list which covers a few genres, include dancehall and reggae with Koffee’s infectious hit “Toast” at 23 and Toots and The Maytals 1968 mega-hit, “54-46 That’s My Number” at 37.

Other entertainers on the Obamas playlist include Rihanna, Beyonce, Jay Z, Childish Gambino, Lauren Hill, The Rolling Stones, Sza, John Legend, Frank Sinatra and others.
