Investigators are sifting for clues in the murder of 31 year old attorney-at-law, Sasha-kay Fairclough and the wounding of her mother, in Brooke green, Ocho Rios, St Ann, last evening.

There is no lead into the murder at this time, however, crime scene investigators are expected to revisit the area, to check for additional evidence.

Reports are that about 5:45 p.m. yesterday, the attorney and her mother were driving home, when armed men drove-up beside them, and opened gunfire, hitting them.

They were taken to hospital where Ms. Fairclough died while being treated, and her mother admitted in serious, but stable condition.
