Councillor for the Papine Division Venesha Phillips said the JDF Coast Guard has responded to appeals for help, to search for the young boy who was washed away by flood waters in August Town, St. Andrew on Wednesday September 25.
Relatives and residents are growing desperate to at least recover the body of 9 year old Kyle Richards, so they can have closure.
Phillips said it’s hoped that a more technical search will yield results.
