From fully reggae to just simply reggae-inspired, or reggae-infused, Bajan pop star Rihanna has dropped some info on her long-awaited ninth studio album.

In an interview with Vogue Magazine for its upcoming November cover story, Rihanna when asked about her album, said, “It’s not gonna be typical of what you know as reggae. But you’re going to feel the elements in all of the tracks.” Rihanna further stated that reggae always feels right for her, and she feels now is the time, to explore more of her home culture.

As for when the project will be completed, Rihanna remains tight-lipped.
