Guyanese Roger Harper was unveiled earlier today as the lead selector for the West Indies men’s selection panel.
He was among eighteen candidates who were considered and evaluated for the five positions across the new three selection panels and was among the unanimously selected
Ahead of unveiling the West Indies squads today for the upcoming series with Afghanistan in India he says he is looking forward to making the selection process as transparent as possible.
Former West Indies off-spinner and coach Harper is joined by former Windward Islands batsman miles Bascombe on the men’s selection panel which will include head coach Phil Simmons.
