The problems for last season’s beaten finalist the Golden State Warriors have gotten worse after their star player Steph Currie suffered a broken hand last night in his team’s 110-112 loss to the Phoenix Suns in the NBA last night.

The two-time Kia MVP initially came up grimacing after being sandwiched between two suns defenders on a drive to the rim in the third quarter.

The warriors guard curry who joins Klay Thompson on the injured list finished the game with nine points, six assists and five rebounds in 21 minutes of action.

Last’s loss was the third in four games, and warriors coach Steve Kerr says its a tough period.

Meanwhile in other games last night, the Boston Celtics stopped the Milwaukee Bucks 116-105, the defending champions Toronto raptors eased to 113-95 triumph the Detroit pistons, and the Philadelphia 76ers were 117- 95 winners over Minnesota Timberwolves in an ill-fated contest which involved a fought between Joel Embiid and Karl-Anthony Towns.

The league continues tonight with three games.
