The entire local football fraternity has been plunged into mourning following the killing of senior reggae girl and water house captain Tatianna Clarke.

Clarke who attended excelsior high school and won the high school girls football league with the mountain view based institution, was allegedly stabbed by a female acquaintance in half way tree last night following an alleged dispute over a cell phone and was later pronounced dead at hospital

The 20 year old who last played for Jamaica in the reggae girls successful Olympic women’s qualification campaign was set to leave the island in January to take up a scholarship at the Daytona state university in Florida.

Xavier Gilbert who coached Clarke at Waterhouse women’s football team and while she was at excelsior was in a sad mood when he spoke with Irie Fm sports.
