Public defender represents Brigadier Jerry

Veteran entertainer, Brigadier Jerry is yet to enter a plea following his arrest by the Waterbury police in Connecticut days ago.

According to our Music News source in Connecticut, Brigadier Jerry currently remains in jail and is being held on a US$250,000.00 bond.

The dancehall veteran who is being represented by Public defender, Terry Dalton, is scheduled to return to the Superior Court on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.

Brigadier Jerry has been charged with first-degree robbery, reckless endangerment, illegal discharge of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal transfer of a pistol and altering a serial number on a firearm.

Music News understands that the entertainer suspected that someone had stolen his wallet earlier during a card game. He reportedly left the location and returned with a gun, then allegedly fired a shot into a wall.

62-year-old Brigadier Jerry is the older brother of popular entertainer Sister Nancy.
