Still no sign of stolen baby

by November 25th, 2019

The police are yet to make a breakthrough in the case of the missing baby boy who was allegedly stolen from his mother, along Rousseau Road in St. Andrew, on October 13.

It’s been more than six weeks since Nyyear Frank was snatched by unknown assailants.

Reports from the police are that sometime after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 13, Frank’s mother was walking with him along Rousseau Road, when a motor car drove up, with three men aboard.

One of the men reportedly alighted from the vehicle, and forced the mother and her child, into the motorcar.

It’s alleged that the men then took the child, and released the mother from the vehicle.

Crime officer for St. Andrew Central Superintendent Percival Anderson says despite their best efforts, the police have not found the child, who is now ten weeks old.

The police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of ten-week-old, Nyyear Frank, or anyone involved in the incident, to contact the Half-Way-Tree police, at 876-926-8184, crime stop at 311, or the nearest police station.
