Reggae Girlz striker Khadija ‘bunny’ Shaw has been ranked as one of the top 100 best female football players for 2019.

Shaw who scored 4 goals in 2 games during Jamaica’s warm-up friendlies ahead of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup in France….occupies the number 80 spot on the rankings created by the website www.theguardian.com.

In justifying her spot on the rankings…..the website described Shaw as one of the exciting new talents heading into the FIFA women world cup finals….adding  that  while Jamaica struggled in a tough group…her talent was evident.

The 22 year old currently plies her trade in the French top division with third place Bordeaux where she has so far scored a team-high 9 goals…bettered  only by  Ada Hegerberg of league leaders Olympique Lyon.

Shaw the guardian footballer of the year for 2018, has also signed on to become a brand ambassador for prominent U.S based sportswear firm, Nike.

She will next be in action on the field when Bordeaux host Reims on Saturday.
