National Striker Alex Marshall of Premier League Club Cavalier is reported to be among a number of local players heading off to the Canadian Premier League during the January transfer window.
Marshall is reported to be heading to the Halifax wanderers club which finished at the bottom of the table in the inaugural season of the league last year
The team coached by Trinidadian and former Canada national team coach Stephen hart has already confirmed a few new signings for the new season which is expected to start in April, headed Canadian national striker Alessandro Riggi.
Nicholas Hamilton also of cavalier and Kevaughn Isaacs of Mount Pleasant are also being looked at by clubs in the CPL.
In the meantime there are reports that national goalkeeper Amahl Knight from UWI FC could be heading off the San Diego Loyal in the USL, where former U.S. national striker Landon Donavan is the Executive Director.
