Dancehall entertainer Shenseea continues to garner international attention, this time, from American actor Taraji P. Henson.

On Instagram, the ‘Empire’ actress reposted Shenseea’s video to her over 16.9 million followers, which shows the female Dancehall deejay dropping bars on the Don’t Rush riddim. Taraji gave Shenseea a stamp of approval using 24 fire emojis to caption the video.

In response, the ‘Pretty Little Thing’ brand ambassador wrote, “Bro she’s literally my favvv actress (cry face emoji) I love her!”

In her IG story, Shenseea also reposted a post she made from April 8, 2020, when she expressed that Taraji P Henson is a phenomenal woman.

Shenseea recently partnered with the Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW) to fight against the spread of COVID-19, using a remake of her 2018 single, ‘Trending Gyal’, to encourage Jamaicans to wear their mask.
