Arnett Gardens progress to semi-finals of CFU Club Championships

Red Stripe Premier League Champions Arnett Gardens made progress to the semi-finals of the Caribbean Football Union Club Championships.

led by a hat trick from national striker Fabian Reid the ‘Junglists who needed a victory to stand a chance of advancing thrashed Real Hope of Haiti 4 nil in their final group game at the Ato Boldon stadium in Trinidad last night.

Coach Jerome Waite told Irie Fm sports that while they pretty much had things their way in yesterday’s game the competition itself was a tough one.

Arnett Gardens meanwhile advance to the last four as runners up in their group which was won by Atletico Pantoja of the Dominican Republic who blanked home team w connection 3 nil.

Pantoja topped the group with five points one ahead of Arnett while W. Connection and Real Hope ended with three points each.
