A pot hole in the road is being pointed out as the cause of a fatal bike accident in Red Bank, St. Elizabeth, yesterday (Dec 27.

Relatives have identified the deceased as 29 year old farmer, Denad Guptah of Red Bank.

Reports are that about 10: 30 p.m. Guptah was driving his motorcycle along the Red Bank main road, when one of the bike wheels fell into a pot hole.

A male friend, who was the pillion rider, received minor cuts and bruises.

Guptah was flung from the bike.

His cousin, Junior Gillings, says he suffered a broken neck and spine due to the crash.

Mr. Gillings says the family is devastated.
