Free Haiti, is a hashtag to raise awareness about the critical situation in Haiti, where people are being killed and kidnapped, while a dictatorship is gaining ground.

Reports are that Haiti’s judiciary system is under attack, while gangs allegedly control many parts of the territory.

Bounty Killer via Instagram tagged Haitian entertainer Wyclef Jean in a post promoting the hashtag Free Haiti that he shared with his over 779,000 followers.

Meanwhile, social media users are encouraged to create or share content to explain the situation and help raise awareness.
