Detectives from the Central police station are probing the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man in Kingston, yesterday.

Dead 55-year-old Radcliffe Burger, otherwise called Guyo and ‘crazy’, of top range, mountain view, Kingston.

Radcliffe was the older brother of popular radio personality, Wesley Burger.

Reports are that about 2:53 p.m., Burger was standing along East Queen Sstreet, when a gunman exited a vehicle and shot him multiple times.

Burger was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

In a post on social media, Wesley Brger lamented that, instead of planning the annual birthday celebration for his brother, he will now have to plan a funeral.

He bemoaned the continuation of crime and violence in the country, citing the many senseless killings.
