Could there be a special ‘Buju Banton Long Walk to Freedom’ documentary in the works?

Film director/videographer Ivan Berrios, famous for his work with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, and DJ Khaled’s We the Best Music, on Sunday, shared a teaser on his official Instagram page, of a special documentary curating Buju Banton’s walk of freedom.

Meanwhile, 24 years after its release, Buju Banton’s 1995 album ‘Til Shiloh’ has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America. (RIAA)

‘Til Shiloh,’ Buju’s 4th studio album, ushered in a new dawn for the Gargamel as it marked a mature approach that saw him breakthrough on the international market.

The album released under the Island Records label features classics such as ‘Untold Stories’, ‘Not An Easy Road’ and ‘Til I’m Laid to Rest.’

A gold certification for ‘Til Shiloh’ confirms that the album has sold over 500,000 units to date.
