by February 19th, 2019

Organizers of Buju Banton concert are hinting that this may be the last chance to get tickets for one of the most anticipated events in Jamaica’s musical history, Buju Banton’s Long Walk to Freedom Concert.

The organisers say the historical concert slated for March 16 at the National Stadium, in St Andrew, is almost completely sold out.

With less than one month to go, the tickets for the VIP,Grandstand and General Field areas are completely finished and there are now only tickets available for the Bleachers section of the stadium.

In January, thousands of tickets were quickly purchased after they went on sale on Caribtix.com and Buju’s official website, Bujubanton.com. The process then switched to physical sales in select Digicel stores earlier this month.

Now, according to Marlon Burke, representative of Solid Agency one of the producers of the event, the physical tickets have been steadily selling since been placed in the stores and they expect a completely sold out event.

The Bleachers tickets are now available for sale at the Digicel headquarters downtown Kingston; Tropical Plaza, St Andrew; Junction, St Elizabeth; Caledonia Road, Mandeville; Young’s Plaza, May Pen; Sovereign Village, Portmore; St George’s Street, Savanna La Mar; Negil, Westmoreland; Digicel Fairview, Montego Bay; Digicel, St James Street; Digicel Falmouth and Eight Rivers Plaza, Ocho Rios.

The Long Walk to Freedom Concert will feature a star-studded line-up of artistes sharing the stage with Grammy award winner Buju.

The concert which will kick off the official Long Walk to Freedom tour, will feature Chronixx, Cocoa Tea, Etana, Ghost, Romain Virgo, LUST, Agent Sasco, Delly Ranks and Buju’s son Jahazeil Myrie.
