A survey of Jamaican businesses shows that confidence in the economy is growing.

However, it is lagging behind consumer confidence.

Managing Director of Market Research Services Don Anderson says this is because businesses are more far looking.

The findings of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce’s 2018 fourth quarter business and consumer confidence survey were  released today (Jan 22).

Mr. Anderson adds that businesses are confident that now is a good time to invest.
