Cheerful colours for Carrot Jarrett’s tribute

The Thanksgiving Service for the life of Irvin Carrot Jarrett will be held on Wednesday August 8, 2018, at 2:00 pm at The Webster Memorial United Church at 53 Half Way Tree Road, Kingston. 

Music News understands that the family is asking guests to arrive on time and wear cheerful colours.

Carrot Jarrett’s passing sent shock waves through the entertainment industry on Tuesday.

The former Third World percussionist, was reportedly found unresponsive at his home on July 31. He later died at the Andrews Memorial Hospital.

Irvin Carrot Jarrett was 69 years old. He fathered five children and was married to his soulmate Alicia Jarrett.

Carrot Jarrett was part of the classic line-up of the Third World Reggae Band and played on some of the band’s hit songs including 96° in the Shade, Always Around, and Now That We Found Love.
